These terms and conditions may be modified by SUNSET THE JOURNEY without prior notice, therefore we suggest reviewing them at the time of making a purchase or browsing the website. By accessing, browsing, or using www.sunsethejourney.com the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Likewise, the user agrees to make proper and lawful use of the website and not to omit, evade, or manipulate the copyright of SUNSET THE JOURNEY.
SECTION 1 – PERSONAL DATA
The information provided by our users and or customers will be processed in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy published on this website. By using our website, you accept the processing, storage, transmission and or transfer of your personal data and declare that all information provided is true, accurate, and verifiable.
SECTION 2 – LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
SUNSET THE JOURNEY shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the use of the information provided through the service. Therefore, it is not responsible for damages of any kind arising from the lack of accuracy, truthfulness, and or updating of the content. Likewise, it is not responsible for the presence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations to users’ data, computer systems, or electronic documents.
SECTION 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published and or provided by www.sunsethejourney.com in its entirety (photographs, texts, illustrations, graphics, software, and graphic design) is for the exclusive use of SUNSET THE JOURNEY and is owned by the brand or its respective authors. Therefore, total or partial reproduction without authorization from the brand is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 4 – PRICES
All product prices published on the website include VAT and other applicable taxes. However, customs duties and taxes generated by authorities of other countries for purchases made outside Colombia are excluded. Prices for sales within Colombia do not include shipping costs to the user’s and or customer’s address. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SECTION 5 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
To formalize a purchase made through the website, SUNSET THE JOURNEY will send, in all cases after the purchase has been accepted and confirmed by the financial entity, a confirmation email to the customer with the details of the purchase. If the confirmation is not received in the main inbox, please check the Spam or Junk folder, or contact contact@sunsethejourney.com to request information regarding your order confirmation.
SECTION 6 – ORDER CANCELLATION
Once payment has been made, order cancellations are not accepted. For any changes to an order, whether for in-stock or pre-order products, the customer must contact the brand via contact@sunsethejourney.com within twenty four (24) hours after the purchase has been formalized. Please refer to the previous section regarding order confirmation.
SECTION 7 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products available for immediate shipment will be processed and shipped approximately within ten (10) business days following purchase. Products available under Pre-Order have an estimated shipping time of ten (10) to twenty (20) business days, depending on the product ordered. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays and will resume on the next business day.
SUNSET THE JOURNEY guarantees that the website will be kept updated regarding inventory availability and delivery times. Likewise, the brand will make every effort to meet delivery times as quickly as possible so customers may enjoy their purchases promptly.
Under no circumstances will more units of a product be intentionally offered for sale than are actually available. However, if a product becomes Out Of Stock after a purchase has been made, the customer will be notified by email so they may decide whether to wait for the product or cancel the order.
SECTION 8 – PRODUCT DELIVERY
SUNSET THE JOURNEY guarantees delivery of the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the customer in the purchase order form. The brand is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping company directly, providing the corresponding tracking number.
The customer is responsible for verifying the condition of the package upon delivery and must report any visible anomalies (damage, signs of tampering, or defects) to SUNSET THE JOURNEY via contact@sunsethejourney.comwithin twelve (12) hours of delivery.
SECTION 9 – DELIVERY TIMES
All shipments made by SUNSET THE JOURNEY will be carried out through transportation companies with which the brand has agreements at the time, currently Coordinadora and DHL Express. Once the order is confirmed, SUNSET THE JOURNEY will proceed with order preparation.
Shipping will be carried out as follows:
For in-stock products, shipping will take place within ten (10) business days following purchase confirmation. For Pre-Order products, shipping will take place within ten (10) to twenty (20) business days following purchase confirmation. For personalized or made-to-measure products, shipping will take place within ten (10) to twenty (20) business days following purchase confirmation through the website or via Instagram direct message. For international shipments, taxes imposed by authorities of other countries are not included, and the same shipping times mentioned above apply.
Once the order has been dispatched by SUNSET THE JOURNEY through the shipping company, the customer will receive a shipping notification with the corresponding tracking number via the email address or phone number registered at the time of purchase. The brand is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
SECTION 10 – LOST PACKAGES
In the event of loss, theft, or damage to a shipped product, the shipping company will assume responsibility. SUNSET THE JOURNEY commits to providing support throughout the investigation process to help locate the package, even though it is not directly responsible for the situation.
SECTION 11 – EXCHANGES
Exchanges for products purchased through SUNSET THE JOURNEY online sales channels may be requested within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the product.
Before requesting an exchange, please consider the following:
Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Personalized or made-to-measure items are not eligible for exchange.
Items purchased at in-person fairs anywhere in the world are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges will be processed based on the net purchase value. If the new item has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference. If the new item has a lower value, no refund will be issued and a credit balance will be granted, redeemable within three (3) calendar days after the exchange.
Items must show no signs of use and must be returned in perfect condition as received.
Items must be returned in the original packaging (fabric bag) with all tags and labels attached.
All shipping costs for exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The shipment must include the customer’s information: full name, order number, and city.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
SECTION 12 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal applies only to sales made through our website and online channels (WhatsApp and Instagram). The maximum period to exercise this right is five (5) business days from the date of product delivery. The refund will be processed within approximately thirty (30) calendar days, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
The item must be returned to SUNSET THE JOURNEY with no signs of use and in perfect condition.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The shipment must include the customer’s information: full name, order number, and city.
Pre-Order, made-to-measure, or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The customer must contact contact@sunsethejourney.com within the established period to notify their decision and follow the corresponding process with the brand.
