When a change of any purchased item from SUNSET THE JOURNEY is required through our online sales channels, it can be done within a period of seven (7) calendar days after receiving the product.
It is essential to consider the following aspects before requesting a change:
- Items on promotion or discounted cannot be exchanged.
- Customized or made-to-measure pieces cannot be exchanged.
- Items purchased at physical fairs worldwide cannot be exchanged.
The exchange of the item will be made for the net value of the purchase. If you wish to exchange it for an item of higher value, you may pay the difference. If you wish to exchange it for an item of lower value, no refund will be made, and you will have a credit in favor of the customer redeemable within the next three (3) calendar days after the exchange is made.
The items must not show any signs of use and must be in perfect condition as received.
The return shipment for the exchange must be made in the same packaging (fabric bag) as received, along with the corresponding tags and labels.
The cost of shipping for the exchanged item will be fully borne by the customer.
The shipment must include the customer's information making the exchange: full name, order number, and city.
Under no circumstances will a refund be made.
